Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Allegiance Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), operator of SellerSync and the website at sellersync.app (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares personal information, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing Site. Use of the SellerSync application by customers and their team members is governed separately by the customer agreement and in-app notices.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed to children.
3. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and other enquiries.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand who is interested in SellerSync and to follow up with potential customers (only where visitor identification is enabled).
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Our lawful bases under GDPR (where it applies) are: your consent (visitor identification and other non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (site security, responding to enquiries, B2B outreach), and legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers who act for us — our hosting/IT provider, our email delivery provider (EmailIt) for demo-request emails, and FuseAI for visitor identification.
- Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Enabling FuseAI visitor identification involves disclosing online-activity information to a third party for cross-context purposes. Under California law this is treated as "sharing" (and potentially a "sale") of personal information — you can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
5. International visitors
SellerSync is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for a US audience and for sellers who export to the EU and UK. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, which may not offer the same data-protection laws as your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Your GDPR/UK rights
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact privacy@sellersync.app. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
7. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. You also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — use the link in the footer, or simply decline visitor identification in "Cookie preferences". This turns off the only sharing we do on this Site.
- Global Privacy Control — we honor the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/share.
- Requests — email privacy@sellersync.app. We will verify your request using the information you provide and respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may use an authorized agent.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories in Section 2 (identifiers, internet activity, and customer records) and "shared" internet-activity identifiers with our visitor-identification provider where visitors consented. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share the information of minors under 16.
8. Retention
We keep demo-request emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, security logs for a limited period, and your consent choice for up to one year. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
